Wintergreen: fresh, invigorating, anti-spasmodic on the body.
Myrrh: powerful antiviral, anti-fungal, anti-spasmodic and hormone balancing.
However, the science of what happens when they’re connected to a carrier oil and massaged into the body, soothing aching and tired muscle tissue. This is something to be relished year ’round!
- Add a few drops to a beeswax unscented candle and be intoxicated by the calming, yet invigorating atmosphere. And know that it is deeply cleansing the air naturally
- Add 2 to 3 drops, to a half ounce or more, of an Almond oil or jojoba oil and meltaway tight muscles
- Rub 2-3 drops on the bottom of your feet before meditation or in the evening prior to bed for deeply grounding peaceful state
Also available… 5 mL roll-on with WinterMyrrh by itself OR mixed in organic Jojoba oil. An EXCELLENT body oil for light massage. Add additional carrier oil to the body as desired. This is NOT for the diffuser.
