  • Can assist a toothache with a direct application from a Q-tip that has 1-2 drops of oil on it. Try less first, watching how much the Q-tip is absorbing the oil. Great with Clove oil too (steam distilled only, not Co2)

For weight loss, lymph stimulation:

  • 10 drops Lavender (Kashmir)
  • 5 drops Frankincense, carteri
  • 5 drops Sandalwood
  • 10 drops Black Pepper

3 oz. carrier: Mustard, Almond, or Jojoba (or a mixture)
Use as a massage blend over areas that absorb blockage
(belly, thighs, etc) 2 x daily for 10 days then 1x, with on-going health actions, including food that supports weight loss

Other Ways To Use Black Pepper Essential Oil

  • Add 1 drop after pulling a Corn chowder soup off the stove, that serves 1-2 Never cook with the oils, they will lose their flavor and efficacy
  • Add 1 drop to melted ghee with sprinkled in Himalayan salt and pour over organic popcorn cooked in coconut oil

Deep and grounding diffuser blend: in a small bottle create a blend to use for your diffuser or to sprinkle around your car
