Anise- This oil has a fresh, spicy sweet licorice like aroma. It is made from the seed. Basil, Indian- The aroma of Basil brings Italian food scent to mind. It is fresh, warm, spicy, herbal and slightly licorice. It is distilled from the flowering plant. The properties of Basil oil are: antidepressant, anti-infectious, antiseptic, antispasmodic, digestive, expectorant, restorative, stomachic, and tonic.
Black Pepper- Distilled from peppercorns, this versatile oil is wonderful for adding a little spice to your dish.
